Goal-setting is something I think everyone should do, and surprisingly, lots of people actually don’t. (I’m not talking about New Year’s resolution-style either…I mean goals of every kind for all sorts of areas of your life.) When you do get around to actually setting a goal..what happens next? Often, the goals are “derailed” by our own mistakes.
